To rent a car from ISMO Car Rental, you'll need:
- Valid driving license (minimum 1 year)
- Identity card or passport
- Security deposit
- For international customers: International driving permit along with your original license
Most of our rental packages come with unlimited mileage within Peninsular Malaysia. For specific packages or promotional rates, there may be a daily mileage limit of 300km. Any additional kilometers will be charged at RM0.70 per km.
We provide all vehicles with a full tank of fuel, and we expect them to be returned with a full tank. If the car is returned with less fuel, we will charge for refueling at the current market rate plus a service fee.
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services. Delivery & return fees are RM1/1km and will be calculated after form submission.
Late returns are charged at an hourly rate of 10% of the daily rate, up to a maximum of one full day's rental. Please inform us in advance if you need to extend your rental period.
A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded within 3-5 working days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
All our vehicles are insured for comprehensive coverage with an excess amount that applies in case of accidents. The renter is responsible for any damages to the vehicle during the rental period.
The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old, and you must have held a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental rate.
Yes, you can add additional drivers for a small fee. All additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary renter and present their valid driving license and identification at the time of rental.
